2. General Eligibility: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Products must be incorrect, defective, counterfeit, or have missing parts to qualify.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Parts that have been installed, opened lubricants/oils, electrical components showing signs of installation, or special custom orders.
4. Product Conditions:
- Spare Parts: Original packaging and uninstalled.
- Tires: Unused and must not have touched the road.
- Batteries: Terminal connectors must be completely intact.
- Lubricants: Containers must be factory-sealed.
5. Return Process: Contact us via (16760) or WhatsApp. Inspection and verification take 3-5 business days.
6. Refunds: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Electronic Wallets (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay).
7. Disputes: Ostoat Market’s decisions regarding return eligibility are final and binding for both parties.
